Exclusive Camarines House by A-cero

The Camarines House is a beautiful contemporary residence located in Aravaca, an exclusive neighborhood on the outskirts of Madrid. The house occupies a total area of 631.71 square meters and it was designed and built by A-cero. It was organized into two parallel plans. They feature long, vertical lines across the construction, a motif that is reiterated in the rest of the design as well.

These two imposing vertical lines represent the central axis around which the rest of the residence is organized. The property features several twin cubes that create a harmonious composition and that also create a contemporary, abstract look. The interior is functionally organized in several volumes. The public area contains the kitchen, the living room and the dining area. It’s a large, open space located on one side of the axis.

On the other side of the plan there is a more private area composed of four bedroom suites. One of them is a guest suite. All these rooms are located on the ground floor. A staircase with a beautiful, sculptural design leads to the first floor. Here are located the bedrooms of the owners, along with an office and a library connected to the living room through a double height ceiling. Even though the exterior is very fluid and uniform, the interior is separated by the choice of color and materials. The ground floor is finished in white marble white the first floor in wood. It’s a smart choice also influenced by the internal distribution of the rooms.
