Combined with the exposed beams and high ceiling, the concrete floor sets an industrial vibe. In addition, the color palette based mostly on gray emphasizes this style. All the black metal featured used throughout the apartment are combined with wood elements which add warmth to the space.

This particular combination is one of the main reasons why the space feels so inviting and comfortable despite the rough textures and cold color tones. The spaces inside the loft are all open and dynamic. This allows them to look bright and airy.
