The extensive project involved minimal reconfiguration over the lifespan of this interior upfit. However, the results are impressive. The building was originally built as a tobacco warehouse in the late 1800s and it featured restored brick and exposed heavy timber. At one point the idea of reorganizing this space came up. The result is a methodical system and a better organized space.

The renovation involved the use of industrial-feeling materials sympathetic to the space. In addition, the new look of the building features bright colors that have been used to delimitate each major “bay” of the building and each color is like a signature.

Moreover, there’s wireless network connectivity available throughout. Besides the office spaces there are also meeting rooms that range in size and interior design. This way they can accommodate a variety of instructional styles. The building still has an industrial rough look but now it’s more modern and functional and the vibrant colors used make it more appealing and pleasant.{found on archdaily}
