First let’s review the supplies needed for this project. You’ll need 1 set of embroidery hoops, a glue gun, popsicle sticks and twisty wires. Start by separating the inner and outer sections of the hoops. You will have to remove the metal lock from the outer hoop using pliers. After that, glue the popsicle sticks onto the outer circumference of the inner hoops. You can either use large and small sticks or only one size. If you have two sizes you can use the large ones for the first two upper layers and the small sticks for the smallest hoop.

Let the sticks dry and then glue the outer hoop of the biggest layer to the other end of the sticks. Then take the small-sized one and glue it to the inner circumference of the second layer. Now it’s time for the finishing touches. Split three popsicle sticks in half lengthwise and glue them to the inner circumference hoops in order to form a square and two parallel lines. Then use twisty wires to secure the layers to the bracing. Hang your chandelier and your project is complete.{found on bored and crafty}.
