The overall design and shape of the residence feature clean lines specific to modern and contemporary architecture and they give it an abstract look. It was built to serve as a home for its owners but also as a small hotel. It has two large openings on the ground floor that correspond to the dining room and to the living area and that create a connection with the outdoors. One of these large openings also contains the main entrance. The entrance door as well as the ceiling and walls around it are lined by cork and this way a very warm and casual atmosphere is created right from the entrance.

The reception area, the kitchen, the dining room and the living area are all located on the ground floor and are organized around a square-shaped courtyard. An external staircase then offers access to the upper floor. The building also has a beautiful patio that brings light into all the areas. The upper floor is organized into four volumes. They are connected by low cork-coated walls and have minimalist, white interior decors.{found on archdaily and pics by Adria}.
