The new house sits is a traditional residential area so it really stands out with its contemporary design. The house sits on the edge of the construction area, away from the public zone in order to allow expansive views to the south. The residence features a single inner space that’s open to all directions and thus allows various open spaces adapted to the seasonal changes.

Its contemporary design also means that the delimitation between interior and exterior spaces becomes almost invisible. The exterior spaces include a sort of box-like structure that forms a terrace and a sun shade, great for the hot summer days. There are also the beautiful roof terraces that will soon be covered with vegetation.

The interior is simple, spacious, with minimalist furniture and a very inviting palette of colors with small vibrant touches of red and orange. Most of the walls have been painted in a tone of beige that reminds me of butter and this makes the interior seem lovely and cozy. There are large windows and glass walls, as well as sliding glass doors throughout the house for natural sunlight and expansive views.{found on archdaily}
