Located in Hanoi, Vietnam, HT Apartment spreads over a surface of 83 square meters and has been renovated by Landmak Architect in order to fulfill the needs of its owners. Five persons call this place home: a young couple with their child and two grandparents.
We don’t have any pictures with this apartment before renovation, but we have an image with the floor plans, before and after the changes that were made, so you’ll be able to see the differences with your own eyes.
A larger room was created by demolishing one of the bedrooms. By doing this, the architects managed to create an open space that incorporates a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. This living area is also connected to a small deck, a place to relax and enjoy the view given by the large windows. Natural light reveals the beauty of the entire space.
As you can see, white is an excellent option if you want to create the illusion of a larger space. The hypnotizing ceramic tiles, the yellow lamps and the colorful little seats add color and provide a friendly look.
The floral arrangements have also a great impact. The elegant branches showcase a unique aesthetic that blends harmoniously with the rest of the room. The furniture is very well incorporated in the final design of this apartment. You hardly even notice the storage spaces in the kitchen area and bedroom, and that’s because they are white, just as the walls.
One of the best ideas I’ve seen so far in this apartment is the fact that you can create a small coffee table by forming a small square of the four little chairs in the living room. What a beautiful and simple idea!
