Clean And Bright With A Touch Of Sophistication

The first thing you notice when you look at this Danish apartment is how clean and bright it is. It has white walls throughout and the windows are large and they let in tons of natural light. What’s interesting is that, even though it’s an attic apartment, it doesn’t feel small or lacking dimension. In addition to the windows, the apartment also has skylights and this really emphasizes its overall bright, clean and open feel.

Besides the white walls and ceilings, the apartment also has another element that makes it feel so bright and open. It’s the flooring which has a light finish and makes the transition from vertical to horizontal very smooth and seamless. In addition to all those features, the apartment also has a very nice color palette.

Besides the white main color and the light wooden finish on the floor, we can also see shades of turquoise, blue and green and even some natural wood color in the form of exposed beams or staircase railing. What I instantly noticed about this apartment is the theme chosen for the light fixtures. They’re so delicate, elegant and sophisticated but they maintain a simple appearance throughout.

I only enjoy how, despite the fact that the apartment doesn’t have a high ceiling, it feels very open and spacious. The flat measures 67 square meters and it’s mainly furnished with basics, neglecting the purely decorative elements. Even so, there’s a lot of charm inside the apartment.{found on danbolig}.
