Imagine a futuristic world with gardens rising above the pollution and the traffic, placed on enormous towers in the shape of the lotus flower. It’s a very interesting concept proposed by Hrama . The idea was inspired by biomimicry and takes the image of a stratospheric urban park that would rise above cities like London and New York.
This futuristic concept includes large glass and steel structures with reflecting ponds and lawns on top of them. The trees and lush gardens will sit safe above the city, far away from all the pollution and chaos below them. These structures would be higher than the Empire State Building and the World Trade Center and they would have cherry trees that would blossom all year around with pond lilies and beautiful vegetation. The residents of these utopic structures would be protected by glass walls that would act as a shield against the wind and precipitations and they would also be able to admire the city from above.
These impressive towers would be shaped like lotus flowers and they will have a diaphane look. They would offer breathtaking views of the cities below them, in addition to magnificent environments right there, on top of them. It’s a very interesting vision, very futuristic and visionary and it would be nice to live to see it become reality.
