Located in the WaterSound coastal community in Florida, this house awakens a very nostalgic feeling, being reminiscent of the Cape Cod style homes due to its overall architecture, the palette of colors and the use of white in all the right places. The house was designed by studio Archiscapes and offers beautiful views of the Golf of Mexico. It really looks like a dream home, a perfect place to raise a family, surrounded by friends and loved ones, but it also seems like the ideal holiday retreat thanks to the gorgeous views and overall tropical and breezy vibe.
The house is charming not only on the outside but also on the inside. Notice the color palette inspired by the sand and the sea and the luminous, airy and the same time welcoming and very comfy-looking decor. The wooden floors and exposed ceiling beams add a touch of Victorian flair to the spaces while the shades of turquoise combined with the soft neutrals ensure a very pleasant ambiance suitable for a coastal home but also not void of character and homey appeal.
