This inviting apartment is located in Gothenburg, on the first out of 4 floors. It can be accessed via the elevator and it only has 2 rooms and a kitchen. It occupies a total area of 56 square meters. It’s small but it’s just what a single couple needs. It sits in a building built in 1939 with a functionalist design The apartment has been renovated several times but some of the original features have been preserved.

The living and the hallway still have the original parquet floors and the windows always preserved their marble structure. The apartment is opened to the courtyard and it includes a lovely patio. Even though it’s a small place, storage is not a problem. There is lots of storage space in the five wardrobes and the pantry from the kitchen. These are also some of the elements that have been preserved.

The location is very convenient. The supermarket, café, garden and cultural reserve are just around the corner. It also has a beautiful structure. It has large windows on two sides and balconies. The living room has a large window section facing the southwest. It’s simply decorated, only with a TV unit, and there’s also room for a dining table. The bedroom is also simple but cozy.
