Brick facade Victorian villa with a modern interior

Designscape Architects created a statement to any viewer with their imposing entrance  in this wonderful Victorian-style villa. The whole project stands out in this way, by saying that in this facility we take living to a whole standard of style and comfort. The main body of the house was modified and refurbished so the new layout could reflect entirely the bold statement. In addition to this, the entire scheme incorporates a couple of sustainable solutions, like recycling stone and improved thermal performances.

The interior is very spacious and open plan solutions make the inner space feel airy and cozy. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and white shiny furniture and it’s connected to a vast living and dining area. Natural light complements the wooden floors and the wonderful wooden table and benches.

The modern design was adopted in the bathrooms as well, with marvelous washbasins and bathtubs. The bedrooms are spacious and light decorated, focusing in this way the attention over total relaxation. The new external space connects the outside with the inside. The stone wall structure passes through the big horizontal glass surface creating an interesting effect of interconnectivity, not to mention that this is really functional. It is in the same time a wonderful terrace and a garage. I love how they used wood throughout the entire household and I like how they decided to add value to the place by simply using a decorative lighting system.
