47 Square Meter Apartment In Stockholm Decorated With Elegance

If someone was to come to you and tell that they found an amazing 47 square meter apartment your response would probably be “well, how good can it be if it just measures 47 square meters?”. But size is not always the element that defines a space. There are lots of tiny apartments out there that look spacious and amazing and lots of huge spaces that look like a mess. We know that better than most people since we’re constantly searching for example that fit into the first category.

Today we came across this lovely apartment. It’s located in Stockholm and it only measures 47 square meters. But, even so, it looks very charming. In the case of this apartment, size has been surpassed by elegance and it’s no longer the element that defines this place. Notice how beautiful the interior décor here is. The rooms may be small but they look open and stylish.

The owners of the apartment have decided to open the living room to the kitchen and to create an open floor plan that would also incorporate the dining area. The three spaces, each with a different function, have merged together and became one. Visually, the delimitations don’t exist. That’s because of the cohesive and uniform interior décor.

The color palette used here is restraint and includes white as a main color along with shades of grey, black and a few touches of orange and green which add dynamism to the décor. Most of the furniture is white and it opens up the space, allowing it to feel airy. In the living area, the kitchen cabinets have been placed along the wall. Also, the TV cabinet and the wardrobe share the same color as the walls and this way they seem light and chic. The owners were also clever to choose multipurpose furniture which helps them save space.
