Back to school: 16 Awesome DIY Pencil Holder Designs
Although some of us have started to forget how it’s like to be in school and to feel the pressure of a new school year approaching and getting closer and closer with each day, there’s no reason not to try to make this more fun with a few DIY projects. For example, a pencil holder is a simple thing to start with.
Vintage Pencil Holder.
All scratched and damaged, this piece once was an Israeli Army food container but you can use it as a pencil holder on your desk. You don’t even have to change a thing about it because every little scratch gives it character.Available for 19$.
Terra cotta pot.
This is a handmade pencil holder and a version designed for the teacher. However, it can be personalized in any way you want. Start with a terra cotta pot, some paint and epoxy and it will all come to you.Available for 15$.
Rustic.

Recycle cans.
Tin cans are very versatile and useful in many different ways. You can spray paint a can and decorate it with yarn or string. You can even add a lovely tag and your pencil holder is ready to be used.
