15 Unusual Buildings Around The World
The Crooked House (Sopot, Poland)
People have always liked unusual things, things that stand out by being different. That is why they sometimes do some incredible things , sometimes with a purpose , but sometimes just for the sake of being different. Here is a collection of oddities, actually of strange-looking buildings around the world. Some of these buildings were made in a certain shape because their owner wanted to link it to their occupation, for example a building that looks like a huge picnic basket is the headquarters of a company producing … well, picnic baskets and so on. But some other buildings have a very unusual architecture because the people who designed them were very creative and wanted to show their vision and art through these buildings. And I can compare their works to the most relevant example: think of what Gaudi did for Barcelona and how his works are still appraised by people all over the world.
