11 Room-Changing Blush-Colored Chairs

Blush is more versatile than most would give it credit for. At first glance, it’s too feminine or too pink. In reality a great blush piece of furniture can add to almost any color palette or design. Pairing it with black and white creates instant modernism. Pairing it with a more saturated green can not only brighten up a space but also add to the ethereal effects of a room inspired from nature’s natural beauty.

It’s important to know that when you are deciding on whether or not to use blush colors in your home decor that you know what “blush” really is. It is never pink but it is not quite beige. I like to think that it’s the perfect combination of the two. Just like blushing cheeks  on a wide range of skin colors, blush can come in many different shades. I like to think that if you’ve gone blush then you’re a bit daring, but you also love the feeling of a romance. Even in the most modern, posh spaces a pop of blush creates a bit of whimsy.

One of my favorite color combos is blush and chocolate brown. Because the best of blush has a bit of beige-y tones mixed in, the two compliment each other perfectly creating a warm peacefulness, obviously a feeling needed for a cozy home. Allow yourself to get a bit playful with blush accents. It is easily used in or with patterns, so don’t be afraid to push the boundaries a little bit. And don’t be fooled by it’s power either.
