Washington Park Apartment

Three separate apartments are consolidated into one in this project. It is located in 1960’s vintage residential tower. The biggest challenge which was placed before them is concerned with tallness and open eminence. These special features are the highlight of this building. There are only a few interior separations in order to view the unified interior. But vertical elements like slender slots were introduced in order to highlight the tallness of the building.

In order to produce vital areas, thin soffits were utilized, without producing an alternative to walls. As I viewed only simple materials are used to build this building but the beauty of the building is evident only when it is viewed through the wrapping of glass.

Everyone is carried away by the uniqueness of the building because of its extraordinary height. Moreover the building is with outward eminence and people who stay there enjoy a different sort of atmosphere.The apartment is listed for sale.
