Urban Bench with a Planter by Juampi Sammartino

I live in the city and I like the city but I am a bit fed up with all the concrete that surrounds us and that is why I grow flowers in every little pot around the house. Nothing unusual here, but what’s really unusual and showing great inspiration is the idea of Juampi Sammartino, an Argentinian designer, of combining concrete with wood and nature.

This bench shown in the photos is totally urban, but the narrow wooden plates make it a bit more accessible and closer to nature. And the whole picture is now complete by the flower pot that is constructed at the end of this bench, out of concrete, but supporting a beautiful decorative plant.

Juampi Sammartino from Argentina has designed the ‘cisca:urban seat’. Sammartino has designed the Cisca urban bench with a beautiful balance of fashion and function. This stylish wooden seat boasts concrete construction, with plates of natural wood and an integrated planter that brings an element of the outdoors into this modern piece of furniture. Ideal for the outdoors, the Cisca urban bench can also be easily incorporated into any modern interior environment.{found on trendir}
