Unusual family residence in Australia

This is the Treetops Residence, an unusual but beautiful family home located in Brisbane, Australia. It was a project by Australian studio Artas Architects & Planners. The construction was the project of D Pearce Constructions. The residence is surrounded by a beautiful green landscape that provides privacy and beautiful views.

The most impressive thing about this residence is its design. It’s a modern family home with an impressive modern architecture. The property has a swimming pool but that doesn’t resemble anything you’ve seen before. The pool is actually suspended 36 feet above the ground. The main idea was to try to take advantage as much as possibly from the views and the surrounding landscape.

The centerpiece of the residence is the sky pool. The living area is wrapped around the pool and it’s very tranquil and relaxing. It’s a space where three elements come together: water, air and the material world. The residence features a functional internal structure with separate living and entertaining spaces, offices, children’s rooms, guest rooms and the parents’ room.

The entry level includes a three-car garage with off-street parking for three cars. From there you reach the lower foyer with marble floors and stainless steel and glass handrails on the timber staircase. On the same level you can also find the laundry and a full bathroom. There’s a separate guest area with two bedrooms, a master bedroom and a desk. The main floor has a private entrance with a terrace.
