Unique seaside restaurant in a cave in Southern Italy

There are a lot of unusual locations when it comes to restaurants. Most of them prefer to sit above the ground but there are also some exceptions. There are restaurant sitting on high cliffs, on the sand, underwater, and this one in a cave. This is Hotel Ristorante Grotta Palazzese. It can be found in the town of Polignano a Mare in southern Italy. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience and this is mostly due to the unusual location.

The restaurant sits inside a cave. It has been created inside a vaulted limestone cave overlooking the sea. The location is unique and very beautiful. Of course, because of the unconventional location, the restaurant is only opened during the summer months. The restaurant is also of the Grotta Palazzese hotel complex that’s located above.

The restaurant offers a unique dining experience. The location is definitely unusual and something to remember. It’s also very nice to just sit there, with the wind gently touching your face, enjoying delicious food while also admiring the sea and the water hitting the shore while the sun is not allowed to bother you. Of course, it would be ideal to be able to go in the hotel after that and relax while admiring the sea. This restaurant is a perfect way of alluring costumers. It offers everything one could want in a hot summer day.
