Ultra-Contemporary and Luxurious Philipp Plein Store by AquiliAlberg

The Philipp Plein Store is located in Forte dei Marmi, Versilia, Italy. It was designed by AquiliAlberg, a Milan-based architectural and design studio and the construction was completed in 2011. This new flagship store is an example of an ultra-contemporary and luxurious design. The 50 sq meter structure is the seventh mono-brand store in Europe and it’s situated in a very beautiful location, surrounded by mountain and seaside views.

Philipp Plein is a name synonym with elegance, beauty, glamour, all with a rock’n’roll touch. The store opened in Forte dei Marmi comes after the ones in Vienna, Kitzbühel, Saint-Tropez, Monte Carlo, Cannes and Moscow and the location is perfect for what it tries to achieve.

As you can see, the design of this place is out of the ordinary. This was actually the main concept. It had to be different, unique and it had to impress. Every little detail has been carefully studied and everything works together to create a unique, one-f-a-kind atmosphere.

At the entrance there’s a multi-faceted portal in Corian, a striking elements that catches the eye and makes you want more. The floor is covered with lava rock and herringbone parquet. On the back of the store there’s the famous skull covered in CRISTALLIZED TM- Swarovski pieces, piece that has already become a symbol of this store.
