Trendy Color Combo: Hot Pink & Lime Green

With spring just around the corner for a big part of the world, it’s time to brighten up your homes with fun, fresh colors in new combinations. One of our favorite color duos in décor is pink and green. If designed in the right way, this color combination can actually be gender neutral as well as pleasing to the eye.

The best part is that so many shades of pink and green work well together, from deep emerald green and ballet pink to hot pink and key lime green. Just mix and match these colors to see which shade is right for you. If you want just a quick update and not a drastic design overhaul, simply purchase a few pillows or accessories to liven up your space and get you ready for the warmer months.

This room has so many positives. First, a great geometric rug grounds the space in a simple black and white pattern that allows the designer to layer any color they wish over it. The pink is not overstated, just appearing in two beautiful sleek vases, and the green shows what a little paint can do to update an old piece of furniture.{found on Styled Haven}.

It’s hard to go wrong with anything in Beckwith Interiors’ portfolio. This design is especially unique for the custom chairs with pink stripes, the lime green curtains, and fun green glass accessories.{pics from Design Shuffle}.

This is the perfect space to show how these two gorgeous colors can really brighten a room. The pink couch is actually quite traditional, but the green chair and the clean lines on many pieces of furniture give it a modern touch as well.{found on A Stylish Nest}.

A great way to create areas to enhance conversation in a room is to place four armchairs in a circle like the photo above. The large tufted ottoman in the center of the room gives a space to place a tray of appetizers. The brightness of the chairs and ottomans are really allowed to stand out in this space. The sheer white curtains, white walls, and white fireplace allow them be the stars of the show.{found on A Stylish Nest}.

I can’t think of any woman who wouldn’t love to work in this sleek space. The designer used just the right amount of pink and green so as to be beautiful and not distracting. The pattern on the pink pillow is updated and contemporary, while the tufted desk chair allows for a traditional touch in the room.{found on Mackenzie Horan}.

The best aspect of this design is that it shows just how many other colors work well with the pink and green color combination. From bright orange to blue, this room truly features it all. The large artwork really sets the tone for the entire room as a fun and happy place to spend time with family.{found on This Lovely Home}.

Well, we hope you got inspired after viewing all of these fabulous pink and green rooms. Go forth and add some spring fever to your space!
