The central courtyard also allows natural light to penetrate the adjacent spaces through the glass walls and, combined with the expansive glass facade, the interior is very bright and airy overall. In addition, the open space concept further emphasizes the spaciousness of the social areas.

The sloped roof offers the living area a double-height ceiling, creating the illusion of more floor space. The views were an important factor that determined the overall design of the house. The architects made sure they maximized them while also using sustainable features such as extra insulation, rooftop solar panels, a heat pump and two fireplaces.
