The Tahoe Ridge house is one of the most expansive properties in the area, sitting on 8 acres of land with a beautiful landscape. This house is a holyday residence, a second home for the clients. It’s where they come during the winter to ski, recreate and relax. Besides the advantages that the location provides, the owners can also benefit from the panoramic views on the mountains of Nevada to the south and to Tinker’s knob and the Sierra Crest.

The house has an open floor plan created using large recycled timbers and heavy metal bracketing. Large Sierra White granite blocks have been used to create the fireplace hearths. Overall, the house has a simple and eye-catching design. It looks cozy both the exterior and from the interior. The interior décor is inviting and warm, mostly thanks to the used of wood. The owners can enjoy many relaxing and fun moments in there and, occasionally, they are also visited by a black bear that used to live nearby.{found on archdaily}
