Eco-friendly vision house

The Vision House is a contemporary residence with a beautiful design and an eco-friendly construction. The house was a collaboration between Green Builder® Media and Structure Home. It was designed by architects from KAA Design and P2 Design and the landscape was the creation of MJN Design Studio. The Vision House is located in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles and covers a surface of approximately 4,289 square feet.

The plan was to build a sustainable residence with an eco-friendly design. The result was this LEED and Energy Star certified home that uses green technology. It was conceived as a contemporary home with an open and airy interior and a warm atmosphere inside. The architects design it with large window panels and wood slatted ceilings that make it both bright and cozy. Also, they wanted to open the house to the exterior so the back opens up to the outdoor spaces. Moreover, the master bedroom features a live garden, an original feature that brings freshness inside and makes the atmosphere relaxing and airy.

The interior of the house is functionally structured and elegantly decorated. The interior design was a project by Jill Wolff Interior Design. The rooms are stylish and elegant but also cozy, casual and inviting. The color palette is simple and neutral and includes white and brown as the main tones. Both the floors and the ceilings are covered in wood and this creates continuity but also adds warmth to the décor.{found on design-milk}.
