The Supercube LED floor lamp

Supercube is a floor lamp that has a very unusual design. Lamps, regardless of their types, usually have approximately the same design or at least the same structure. This one is very different because, unlike many floor lamps, it actually sits directly on the floor. Not only that, but it’s more than just a lamp. Supercube is also a contemporary sculpture and an abstract form of art.

It might seem exaggerated to call this piece art but it’s not about the complexity of the design but about the effect it has on the public. In this case the effect is visually strong because you wouldn’t expect a cube to provide light. Supercube was designed for LE DEUn LUMINAIRES and it’s a floor lamp that provides both direct and indirect light. As its name very well suggests, the lamp is shaped like a cube but only the frame.

The lamp is made from epoxy painted steel, either white or black and has a minimalist design. It features an electronic transformer with interchangeable power plug-in for USA, UK and UE. It measures 19’’ in height, 19’’ in length and the same 19’’ in width. It weights 7 pounds and it can be placed in a variety of different positions. It’s a very unusual lamp and, because of that, it’s also versatile and would make a beautiful and eye-catching decoration for all the rooms.
