The refreshing interior featuring lime accents of the Neo Derm Medical Aesthetic Center

This is the Neo Derm skin care center, a 15,000 square feet space with a modern and refreshing interior. Located in Hong Kong, this space has been a project by Beige Design. Ironically, in this case lime was the main color use for the interior. The project was also based on sustainability and continuity and the result was a dynamic and energetic interior design.

The interior is mostly white and only one accent color was used: lime. The reception area features a lime-colored accent wall with a front layer of translucent recycled resins panel. The reception island features a white high-gloss finish. Throughout the center there’s a continuous balance between these two colors. The contrast is very strong and refreshing. But since white is a neutral and green is a cold color, the atmosphere was bound to become impersonal and cold as well.

To avoid that, the designers used beautiful curvaceous lines, rounded corners, soft textures and delicate shapes. This way a comfortable and warm mood welcomes the customers. Once you pass the reception area, a corridor features display shelves with LED lighting and artwork on the opposite wall. The whole interior is minimalist and yet it’s also very dynamic. The treatment rooms are multifunctional spaces that can serve as cosmetic rooms, entertainment rooms but also as treatment spaces, their primary use.
