As expected, everything evolves right before our eyes. It’s the same in all the domains, including the one related to furniture design. Furniture these days is quite different from the one we used to see in our parents’ or grandparents’ houses. Multifunctional pieces of furniture are a big hit. The Insider is just an example.

The Insider is a stool that doubles as a storage unit. It was designed by Sieger Design for Conmoto. The Insider stool/storage unit has a very simple, even minimalist look. It features a classical form and a charming design. The great thing about it is that it can be simultaneously used as a stool and as a place to store small objects. It’s like having a secret hiding place that you can guard yourself. The Insider is actually a very comfortable stool. It was designed as a fireplace stool but it’s actually very versatile.

The Insider stool has a very attractive look. It’s covered with fine and hard-wearing material made from pure virgin wool. It comes in several different colors, including dark black, brown and some vibrant tones such as pink or purple. It’s simple and modern design makes it a great addition to any contemporary home. The overall dimensions of the Insider stool are 410 mm x 440 mm and it weights 5.5 kg. It has a compact shape and four sleek wooden legs. The top can be lifted to reveal a secret storage compartment.
