The Farmville king is selling his house for $8.9 million
Mark Pincus, the creator of the famous game called Farmville that became so popular among kids and not only, is currently selling his house for the price of $8.9 million. The residence is located in the luxury neighborhood Presidio situated in San Francisco. It’s a 4-story house on Washington street featuring 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
The residence also includes an office, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living rooms currently used for meetings, an elegant dining room and a terrace at the back of the house. As you can imagine, it’s an impressive property but so is the listing price. Of course, when and if moving is such a neighborhood, you can expect neighbors like Oracle CEO Larry Ellison who is living a few blocks away in a residence estimated at $40 million.
Mark Pincus is a 45 years old entrepreneur known as the CEO and co-founder of Zynga, the company that created Farmville. The company’s website has become very popular and very quickly and it’s been accessed by more than 232 million people a month since July of this year.
I wonder if it will be a fan that’s going to buy his residence. However, I doubt that a fan would have %8.9 million.Anyway, whoever is going to be the next owner of this impressive residence will not regret it.
