The Acqua Livingstone condominium tower in Manila

Acqua Livingstone is a 52-story condominium tower located in the Philippine capital of Manila. It’s the newest addition to the Missoni collection that already includes two co-branded hotels in Kuweit and Edinburg. This project cost a total of $315 million and it’s collaboration with Century Properties, a local real estate company that’s also working at a Versace-branded tower and a Paris Hilton beach club.

The condominium tower will include 645 units with sizes that vary from 300 square feet to 1,500 square feet. They will have various numbers of rooms, from one to three bedrooms as well as a private collection of spaces called Acqua Privé that includes Townhouse, Sky Garden, Private Garden, and Penthouse units. These units are available for purchase at price from around AED 272,000 (or $71,000) for a 25 square meter, 1 bedroom flat.
