The Acqua Livingstone condominium tower in Manila

Acqua Livingstone is a 52-story condominium tower located in the Philippine capital of Manila. It’s the newest addition to the Missoni collection that already includes two co-branded hotels in Kuweit and Edinburg. This project cost a total of $315 million and it’s collaboration with Century Properties, a local real estate company that’s also working at a Versace-branded tower and a Paris Hilton beach club.

They will have various numbers of rooms, from one to three bedrooms as well as a private collection of spaces called Acqua Privé that includes Townhouse, Sky Garden, Private Garden, and Penthouse units. These units are available for purchase at price from around AED 272,000 (or $71,000) for a 25 square meter, 1 bedroom flat.
