The A garden bench by Pieter Jamart

This garden bench is called simply A. That’s because of its shape: a replica of the first letter of the alphabet. The A bench was designed by Pieter Jamart back in 2004. It has a very simple design. It’s a polyurethane bench designed for outdoor use. The bench was created for Sixinch and there are also other similar creations, such as the Arrows bench or the Male and Female set.

The A bench is made of coated foam and fabric. Its dimensions are L 140 cm, W 140 cm, H 38 cm. However, custom sizes are also available. The A bench also comes in several different colors. It’s a simple, interesting and versatile outdoor piece of furniture. It’s something that can be used on the terrace or in the garden. The bench is soft and comfortable and it’s also weather-resistant. If the leather A has a special meaning for you, than it’s one more reason to include this bench in your outdoor décor.

The bench might seem to have restricted use because of its shape. Still, this doesn’t really matter when all you’re interested in is the effect. The A bench is a piece of furniture that allows you to use it in several different ways. It also has a shape that stimulated interaction as multiple users can sit on it and still be face to face. However, it’s not a practical solution when you have limited space. It’s something you would rather use for its visual effect not because it’s particularly functional or practical.
