Tate’s fresh and beautiful nursery interior design

Nurseries are tricky because people keep trying to imagine how a baby sees the world like and they try to make the nursery as cute and beautiful as possible when in fact they have no clue about what the baby really thinks. But the nursery is not just for the baby. It’s also for the parents, an opportunity for them to get ready, to work together and to feel prepared.

This is Tate’s nursery. It was designed by Kristen of Cottage Modern who wanted a fresh and bright nursery for her new baby. She decided to go with a fresh but delicate color palette so she chose to go with tones of white and aqua. Most of the room is white with blue and orange touches everywhere you look. She also wanted to personalize the nursery so she made some cute map letters and arranged them above the crib.

The ottoman pouf looks so beautiful, delicate and puffy. You just want to sit there and melt inside it. It looks just like a coconut piece of cake. The rug is also beautiful and puffy. The drapes feature the same aqua accent as in the lamp, the toy box and all the other accessories. Orange is also an important color that has been used as an accent tone. It’s also a complementary color that naturally combines with blue.{found on houseofturquoise}
