Tastefully-decorated 35 square foot apartment

This apartment only occupies a surface of 35 square meters yet it looks very spacious. It’s mostly due to its internal structure and interior design. Its owners didn’t have to give up anything when decorating. They were able to include in the design everything their home needed without making it seem cluttered or small. The secret was to adopt a minimalist interior design and to renounce at any useless and unnecessary details.

Of course, the internal structure was just as important. Notice that the apartment has an open plan that includes the living and dining areas. The kitchen is also part of this space but it’s a little more secluded because of the diving walls for the adjacent room. There’s also a clear distinction between the kitchen and the rest of the living area. The living and dining zone has a white background with brown and grey insertions and few colorful accent pieces such as the green pendant lamp and orange decorative pillows. The kitchen is basically decorated with the same colors but the walls are covered with small, white tiles.

The furniture for the apartment was carefully chosen. It is light, simple and can be placed somewhere in between modern and traditional. The décor is functional throughout and all the rooms are filled with natural light coming through the large windows.
