The house is covered, both in and outside, with recycled wood which gives it a rustic feel. Another green feature is the LED system which they adopted to lower energy consumption. Moreover the building’s supporting pillars are the tree trunks originally from Bahia.

The architects designed a modern open plan space which houses a living area, gourmet kitchen that is equipped with upscale stainless steel appliances, bar and a video hall. The living area seems huge and this is possible due to the floor to ceiling windows and the skyscraper picture on one of the walls. Furthermore the bar has a sculpture like a mountain form behind it, which is also used for storage and captures light beautifully. The sculptural element can be found in the living area, as well, serving as a bookcase.

As you can see, throughout the entire space there are a lot of wooden elements and there is a lot of vegetation, which give it a natural look. This loft looks like it’s been taken out of a magazine cover. It really is a tribute to nature.
