Stefanel store by Sybarite
London designers Sybarite have completed the interior of a store in Frankfurt for the Italian knitwear brand Stefanel. The interior features a series of modular elements primarily made of glass-reinforced plastic and stainless steel. The knitwear products are displayed on flocked mannequins.
The kit of design can be easily installed in other locations and customized to suit any shop location. The whole design of the store is a bit futuristic and the customers will have the impression that they have just been welcomed on board USS Enterprise in Star Trek. Any way, the fact that it’s a clothes store made the designers arrange a special feature: they arranged all the clothes on the sides, allowing the customers to walk among all the displayed products and admire them as they pass by, visiting the whole store.
The walls are covered with a grey material that values the products and allows the shop assistants to secure the products for display. But they thought about shoving boredom out of this store design, so they arranged certain special places where they displayed mannequins dressed in products for sale. These “islands” seem the mannequins homes and inhabited by them, with the mannequins in natural human positions sitting around coffee tables or standing.
