Spectacular Beach House With Amazing Sea Views

With beach houses it’s usually all about the views. It wouldn’t really be any fun to have a beach house that doesn’t actually allow you to see the ocean or the sea. It would just be a regular house that happens to be close to the beach. This is definitely not the case with this amazing home. This is the St Leon 10 house. It was designed by Cape Town-based architectural practice Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects also known as SAOTA and it is indeed spectacular.

This is a dream home. It has breathtaking views and it also has a very nice design. The house was completed in 2006 and has two levels. It features a contemporary design, with clean lines and a minimalist structure. It was designed for a family with two young children. The clients requested a house that could be looked at both as an intimate family home and as a great destination for large get-togethers.

Perched on a slope, the house benefits from an amazing location. It has views of the12 Apostle Mountains, Clifton Beaches and Robben Island. The building was actually cut into the slope so here you could say that nature meats architecture and they fuse together in a beautiful and harmonious creation. Given the fact that the views were one of the most important factors that determined the design, the house has all the rooms facing the sea.
