Space saving Vivienda en Llaveneres residence in Barcelona
Spanish interior designer Susanna Cots has designed the interior of this amazing project located in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, a small town north of Barcelona, Spain. It is called Vivienda en Llaveneras and is placed facing the beautiful views of the coast and sea side. The whole apartment is painted in white, and its big windows allow the sunlight to enter, making from this place a cozy staying.
Wooden floors match perfectly the minimalist tables made of old rough pieces of wood. A comfortable sofa surrounds the coffee table, and in the back we can see a few shelves placed in the wall’s structure with lots of books and decorations. A couple stairs above we can see the dining area where the masterpiece is that old dining table surrounded by modern and comfortable chairs.
In the kitchen we don’t see old decorations or furniture because this area is filled with elegant furniture in black and white tones and stainless steel appliances. If the weather is fine, the inhabitants of this apartment can spend their time outside on the terrace, where they can enjoy sunlight or take breakfast at that round wooden table with minimalist chairs. My favorite part of the house is the private area, with those two bedrooms.
The master bedroom is carefully decorated with modern objects and pieces of furniture, and the wooden separating wall is the perfect decoration that completes the room and provides privacy when you’re in the bathroom. The joyful corner of the house is in the kid’s bedroom. Here, a one-person bed covered with colored bedding is placed above a piece of furniture that hides some drawers and a desk for writing. The whole house is full of interesting decorations that give the place a warm breeze for those who live here.
