Small and Beautiful Seaside House

It happens on so many occasions that the best of houses come up at places where there isn’t much construction space available. Check out this 30 X 60 foot house from Rockefeller Partners which makes life a pleasure with some beautiful seaside views in California. Despite the limited space, there is a garden at the front as well. The entire front area of the house is left open with large windows and doors so that the seaside can be thoroughly admired and it also serves the purpose of air conditioning.

There is a Zen garden on the inside which adds a different ambience to the house. Another unique feature in the house is a stone floor which has been gently rounded and this floor connects to the beach life outside.
