Rua Alabarda House by Affonso Risi
This is beautifully designed house and it is located at Sao Paulo. The house was designed by famous architect Affonso Risi. He tries to build up it as a multipurpose residence. The ground floor level is higher from the street level. The most substantial feature of ground floor is that it houses garage, studio and workspace. A staircase originated from the central part of the ground floor to connect upstairs, direct to a solarium gap and cuddle up above the kitchen.
The stair case made up of concrete and the great thing is that the space below the stair case is utilized for the swimming pool. In this way no separate space is needed for swimming pool. Indeed it is a great way for utilizing the space below stair case. Such an innovative idea can only come from experienced architect like Affonso Risi.
The upstair part of the house hosts the kitchen, family room and three bedrooms. The home office and one of the bedrooms is garden facing. The house was made in such a way so that it looks enlarged. This is really a well planned and beautiful house where space used in proper way.
