Rodriguez Harvey House in Central Chile by Nicolas Loi

I personally love the sea or ocean side houses and therefore my admiration for this Rodriguez Harvey House by Loi Arquitectos in Central Chile is relentless. Just like those numerous waterside houses, this house too has been divided in two parts where the lower part serves as the entrance while the upper part is where the house is located to bring in great views of the surrounding waters. The house is also open on the north and the south sides where the north has been left open to bring in as much sunlight as possible while the south orientation of the structure leaves the south open. Other attractions include an integrated living-dinning-kitchen space as demanded by the client and also an exterior terrace protected from the wind.
