Philippe I Coffee Table from Casamania

There are a lot of different models of tables, but i like coffee tables most. They are smaller than all the other tables and they only serve the purpose they are named after: serving coffee. I like coffee, too , and I also think my mother was right when she said that coffee needs to be discussed, not drunk. You simply can’t drink a cup of coffee all by yourself, but must share it with a friend and that involves some personal sharing , too, and a kind of mystic air when telling and hearing all these tiny secrets over a cup of coffee. Also drinking coffee is something noble and elegant, something we inherited from the rich people in the Middle Ages , a habit that lost its original charm nowadays, but still preserved by some artists like the one who designed this exquisite graceful Philippe I coffee table. The table is manufactured by Casamania and looks amazing.

This nice small and thin coffee table is called Philippe I just as a reminder of the old times when people were much interested in romanticism and in admiring nice things. Actually I don’t think it cand hold more than two large coffee cups and the sugar jar on it. It looks so fragile with those thin legs that seem to break only if you look at them. The material for the manufacture is “lacquered MDF coupled with the richness of walnut”and limewood. You can’t help loving it.
