The building is an example of modern architecture at its most beautiful, with a purity of line that is a credit to the designer. The contemporary furniture looks superb. There are three elegant bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, and a large central area, which includes a lounge and kitchen. The spacious outdoor areas are extended to the pool from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the nearby bay. This spectacular property was sold for 16.62 million dollars.

Accessories are kept to a minimum, with a tendency to use some large items, displayed together, such as urns, vases, decorative pots or pans.With clear influences from the Mediterranean region, the interior design is based on environmentally inspired colors: blue, green, white and brown.

Pali design in a residence on the most famous bird street, 1654 Blue Jay Way.This luxury house was sold for 9.600.000$. Because the house is located on a hill in the vicinity of Los Angeles, California, actually on a pretty steep angle (about 45degrees), its architecture needs to compensate for the inclination and adjusts the house design so as to look straight and also have a great view.

The house ranges on four levels, which offers a fantastic scenery over the surrounding area. The building is a concrete structure that covers two levels and includes a fully equipped suit that means living areas, a garage, a room or better said hall where you can view your favourite movies, a gym for your muscles and physical tone and even a disco lounge and a wine cellar.

The outdoor pool is the perfect mirror for the upper part of the house that covers the master bedroom, with a comfortable sitting room and a terrace with a great view over down town Los Angeles.

The Schulte Firebo-x portable fireplace is a great piece for spaces of all shapes and sizes, whether “home’ is a small condo or a spacious single.

It reminds slightly of a laptop. Just like these small, handy computers, the hinged top can be flipped open to reveal its smart secret. Under the hood hides a polished glossy stainless steel burner kit, creating an economical, clean and highly romantic blazing fire – without any residuals.

It’s like a portable fireplace. Of course, it’s nothing like the traditional fireplaces, the ones that used wood as combustible and that were way bigger. This one is a modern version of that, with a lot of changes. First, it’s smaller and it allows you to take it with you anywhere you go. So it’s also portable. Then, it’s economic and it doesn’t need wood, because it has a different system. And, of course, it’s easier to maintain because it leaves no residues. This is probably the best part. Nobody likes to clean up the ashes.

It’s made of stainless steel so it’s highly resilient and durable, but also a little heavy. Anyway, this kit is easy to use and maintain and it has the advantage of being small and portable. You can use it indoors, in case you want some extra light or heating source, or you just want to create a special atmosphere. But the best use for this kit is outdoors, where you can create a very romantic atmosphere.

But, even if the villas and all the buildings in the resort are made of timber and stone, they have all the comfort you might dream of and also all the modern technology you might want to use. This is a perfect world in my view.

The Segmented Chair by Revol Design

When choosing a modern chair, again the size is a big factor. You don’t want to buy something that will not blend into your room. You don’t want to buy something that will eat all the space or something that will block some spaces off. And also you don’t want to buy a chair that will be too small or too uncomfortable because apart from the functional use of the furniture, it must be comfortable, too.

Modern chair’s designs are as you know important there is not a thing in considering modern furniture’s measurements that matter than anything.This comfortable lounge chair is made from 17 extra soft foam cushions upholstered in red fleece. It has two spines covered in black fleece which keep the segments separated. This chair looks like anything but a chair or some other kind of furniture, but the modern and cool design make it all the more fun and unique.

It is soft ans comfy and you can use it both indoors and outdoors. It does not have a pre-established position or place to be used in, but you can use your imagination here. You can place it against a wall and bend it in half, using a half for the legs and another upright half for supporting your back. You can also keep it all horizontally and lie down on it just like in bed. The options are many and you just have to choose the right one for you.

Artisan Cellars by Asylum

The design of Artisan Cellars, a high-end wine retail space specializing in small production vineyards, stands in contrast to other cookie-cutter cellar spaces. Wine-worthy quotes by renowned writers, like Galileo Galilei’s “Wine is sunlight, held together by water” and Norman Douglas’ “Wine is a precarious aphrodisiac, and its fumes have blighted many,” are etched into understated white-washed walls.

What you see here – all these beautiful photos are from the showroom belonging to those from Artisan Cellars and believe me, it’s no easy thing to design such a showroom for a wine producer. Besides the design that must be special and attractive and must be adjusted to be connected somehow with wine and vineyards and wineries, you must also make sure the wine displayed there is kept in the optimum conditions so as not to ruin it by mistake.

You may not know it but the best and most expensive bottles of wine in the world are quite pricey. So the displaying of the bottles must be made in a room with an optimum temperature where the wine bottles are placed in an inclined shelf which prevents the air of coming into contact with the cork and this way ruin the wine. These shelves are perfectly designed to be both functional and nice looking and the show room looks just like a classy cellar. People come there to taste and to enjoy the view and the wine quotation carved in marble are the perfect atmosphere for this.
