Modern Downtown Apartment In Zagreb

This elegant apartment is situated in Zagreb and it was a project developed by Croatia-based studio Dva Arhitekta d.o.o. The Downtown Apartment is very spacious and it featuring large rooms with stylish interior decors. This is actually the result of a conversion of two small apartments that have been merged into one ample structure. The interior had to be completely redesigned.

Most of the rooms are facing the street façade. The interior has been remodeled and what once used to be a salon is now an open-plan area used as living room/ sitting room or social area. This way the space is more flexible and it can be used for a larger number of activities that can even be developed simultaneously.

The rooms are separated by large doors that divide and connected the spaces in the same time. The apartment is divided into functional zones such as public areas, work areas and private areas. There’s also a beautiful entrance hall, a laundry room, dressing room and pantry. The master bedroom is spacious and beautifully decorated. The apartment features wooden floors as well as wood-covered walls in some area.

The result is a modern, elegant, chic and cozy interior décor. There are built-in lighting fixtures throughout the whole apartment, as well as additional lamps and pendants. Moreover, the decorations are subtle but striking, like for example the painted ceiling from the living area.{found on archdaily and pics by Robert Leš}
