Minimalistic Apartment In Moscow With Breathtaking Panoramic Views
This apartment is located in Moscow, on the 46th floor of the Saint Petersburg Tower. This gives it beautiful and panoramic views over the city. But, of course, this isn’t the only reason why we’ve chosen to write about it. The apartment also has a very beautiful interior design. It’s a modern space with an overall minimalistic charm.
The color palette chosen is very simple. Mostly, it’s just a continuous contrast between black and white elements. The floors, walls and ceilings of the apartment are white throughout, with few exceptions.
The kitchen and the living room form an open plan and the transition from one function to another is smooth and subtle and yet they’re well delimited. The kitchen has white furniture set on a dark background while in the living area you can find black furniture contrasting with the white floor and walls.
The simplicity of the décor is maintained throughout and all the rooms of the apartment share the same beautifully balanced type of décor. This place was designed by architect Yegor Serov who chose to break the monotony by also adding a few subtle accents in the form of oversized lamps, chromed light fixtures and occasional patterns and contrasting textures.
The bedroom is particularly interesting. Here, the décor is warm and relaxing thanks to the brown wooden floor and some matching furniture.
