We all know Matthew Perry from the famous TV series “Friends” and also from the recently-cancelled “Mr. Sunshine”. Besides the fact that he’s a famous actor, we don’t really know so much about him, except maybe the fact that he seems to have a thing for modern and simple houses. Today we’re going to take a look at his Los Angeles residence that he recently listed on the market for $5.695million. This is only one of his other many properties including a Hollywood Hills home, a Sunset Strip condo and a Malibu beach house.
The Los Angeles residence is, as all his other homes, sleek, clean, simple and modern. Matthew Perry originally bought the home in 2008 for $4.475 million. It’s a 34 acre property that includes, besides the actual house, a pool and a spa. The house was originally built in 1955 but you would never guess that just by looking at it. The house underwent several serious renovations and it now looks like new.
The residence covers 4.100 square feet of living space and it features three bedrooms, a media room and a modern kitchen. Since it located in such a beautiful area, it was impossible not to have glass walls that would allow panoramic views of Los Angeles. It’s simple, modern, chic and elegant and it also has a rich history.
