Lovely Holiday Residence That Feature a Modern Construction

This lovely holiday house is located in Yallingup, Australia and it’s a very beautiful and modern construction. It was a project designed by Wright Feldhusen Architects. The construction process was ended in 2011, when the house also became ready to be used for the first time.

The clients requested a holiday residence for their extended family, a place where they would all be able to go during holidays and spend time together, have fun and relax. The house sits on a very beautiful site that allows spectacular views of the Injidup Beach and the ocean. There have been some strict rules imposed by the Busselton council. No portion of the building was allowed to be higher than 4 meters above natural ground level. The architects had to adjust their ideas to these rules and ended up by creating a low, single-level residence.

The Injidup Residence has several bedroom situated in separate zones in order to isolate the young children from the noisy areas. The space is divided into two volumes or wings that are further more devised into rooms. There are several external spaces such as living areas and terraces that can also be used during the day. The main external living areas are situated on the North East side and feature beautiful views of the ocean while also being protected from the breeze.{found archdaily and pics by Patrick Bingham-Hall }
