Les Montgolfières Containers by FX Balléry

Although I was not a fan or too attracted to Jules Verne’s books I just loved some films made after his novels.”80 Days around the World” is one of my favorite movies. The appearance of the hot air balloon has always fascinated me and I wished that I was one of the lucky passengers of this type of mean of traveling. Imagine how nice the world looks like from the upper sky and how powerful you can feel to see the whole world under your feet. Perhaps the shape of balloon is one of the images that has always reminded us of childhood and its adventurous character and fascinated us regardless our age.

The designer FX Balléry was also inspired by all these things and created a collection of nice three wood bowls called Les Montgolfières. They represent some lovely containers of different sizes and colors and where you can put all sorts of sweets: cookies, candies, jellies or biscuits.

They are practical and look very nice on your table. Your kids would love their dynamic shape that imitates the form of a hot air balloon. Their nice appearance will always bring a smile on your face and will remind you of some lovely moments of your childhood.
