Leaf LED Light from Room&Board

I am a very busy woman, but I also have a nice family with two small children who need my whole attention. So I have no other option to work at night, after they go to sleep. Well, this can be rather annoying if you have the wrong lamp and light bulb because most light bulbs become tiresome for the eyes, especially at night. Then there’s the problem of energy consumption and this is very important for a modern family, too, for both environmental and economic reasons. So I tried to find the perfect night lamp for my desk, one that will be the perfect balance between all these demands. This is the Leaf LED Light from Room&Board.

This lamp is energy-efficient, as its LEDs can last up to 100,000 hours . The light this lamp casts on your desk is ideal, as it is a combination between cool and warm light, so no harm for the eyes and also it does not heat the air around it. It was created by Yves Behar for Herman Miller and is very original and unique.

First of all its design is special, interesting and looking as if descending from a science-fictional movie. It bends and rotates its blades so as to allow you to arrange it in the perfect position for your desk. You can also control the intensity of the light to match any mood or need. And all these for $429.
