Kate Middleton’s childhood home goes on sale

For some reason, members of the British royal family have had a great deal of popularity, especially during Princess Diana’s appearance in the family. Apparently her sons carry on the tradition and they have the fame of movie stars, especially now with all the fuss with the royal wedding of Prince William with Kate Middleton.

And since fame has always brought money, the auctioneers who intend to sell the house where Kate used to live as a child want to make the most of her newly gained fame and sell the property for a very good price.The list price is £495,000 (US $809,430) and the house is located in the village of Southend Bradfield, 48 miles west of London.

This is a Victorian house and, according to the tradition , it also has a name: West View. It was bought by Kate Middleton’ s parents some time in 1979 and she lived there for about 12 years when she was a kid. The house is located on the Avenue of Oaks, near a sports complex and a golf course. The floor area is about 1,420 square feet and there are 4 bedrooms, an entrance hall with Victorian tiled floor, two reception rooms, kitchen, family room, utility room/cloakroom.{found on HuffingtonPost and Telegraph}
